H1B Visa(USA)

| U.S. employer first files a Labor Condition Application (LCA) with the Department of Labor (DOL) specifying the job, salary, length and geographic location of the employment. |
| Once DOL approves the LCA,U.S. employer files an H-1B petition with USCIS. |
| Once the H-1B petition is approved, you will receive the approval documents, mainly I-797 and I129. |
| Make an appointment with the Visa Consulate(VFS) in your Country of residence. |
| Get your H-1B visa stamped. |

B1 Visa(USA)
|
| |
| A B1 visa is primarily a business visa |
| This visa is good for a period of six months. |
| The immigration officer at the port of entry determines how long each visitor is allowed to stay in the country. |
| Most visitors have their I-94 cards stamped with a 6-month stay, however the immigration officer has the right to issue a shorter stay on a case by case basis. |

L1 Visa(USA)

| L1 Visa is an intra company transfer visa |
| Individuals who are employed outside the United States as executives, managers or in a position which requires specialized knowledge may qualify for a L-1 intracompany transfer work visa. |
| There are no quota restrictions for L-1 work visas(like H1B of 65,000) and which can be issued if the applicant meets all the requirements. Spouses and accompanying children of L-1 visa holders are also allowed to come to the United States and may be issued L-2 visas. |
| L1 Visa can be issued as L1-A(Executive, Manager) or L1-B(specialized knowledge worker). |
| L1(A) visa is issued for 7 years for executives, and managers.5 years for people with specialized skills L1(B). |

Work Visa(India)

| Employment visas are initially issued for one-year
stay.Employment Visa is given only for jobs that require
very high level of skills and expertise |
| This can be extended by
Foreigners Regional Registration Office in India, if the job contract
continues. Spouses and children are granted co-terminus entry visas on
request. |
| Change of purpose is not permitted once you have reached
India. Depending on the nature of your journey, apply for the correct
visa category. |

Z Visa(China)
|

| Z Visa allow entry to China for purpose of work employment. |
| Z Visa is valid for 30 days and grants access to China only.Find a local Public Security Bureau and register within 48 hours of your arriving. |
| Your Visa will have "000" printed on it.This means only one entry for 30-days.Your Employer should begin formalities for your Residence Permit within these 30 days. |
| Residence permits are usually valid for one-year. |
